vSphere 6 requirements and limitations

To protect hosted VMs in vCenter 6 or ESXi 6 environments, these additional requirements and limitations apply:

To protect vSphere 6 environments, the Unitrends appliance must be running release 8.2 or higher. (Unitrends version 8.1 supports basic vSphere 6 functionality only. To use features introduced in vSphere 6, and to use the SAN-direct and HotAdd transport modes, you must be running 8.2 or higher).
If a vCenter 6 VM migrates to a different vCenter, that VM is no longer protected on the original Unitrends schedule. You must manually add it to a new schedule to resume protection.
