Compliance report
The Compliance report provides an overview of current RPO/RTO compliance based on the results of recent data copy access jobs.
After generating the report, you can view the details of a specific job by clicking it in the grid.
When finished, click Report Categories in the upper left to return to the Available Reports page.
NOTES
● The Compliance report automatically refreshes daily at 12:00 AM.
● Compliance reports are sent as emails when email reports are configured and the Appliance report type is selected. For more information on email reports, see Appliance settings.

An example report is given here. Refer to the table below for a description of the available report columns. Not all columns display by default. To customize your output, click the icon to the right of the column header.

Field Description |

Job Name |
The name of the data copy access job. |
Appliance Name |
The name of the backup appliance. |
Profile Name |
The name of the lab profile used in the data copy access job. |
Profile RPO |
The RPO specified in the lab profile you have selected for this data copy access job. |
Profile RTO |
The RTO specified in the lab profile you have selected for this data copy access job. |
Actual RPO |
The actual amount of data loss that would occur in the event of a disaster. Also known as RPA. |
Actual RTO |
The actual period of downtime that would occur in the event of a disaster. Also known as RTA. |
Compliance Status |
Indicates whether the data copy access job complies with RPO and RTO policies: ● Failed - The job does not meet RPO and RTO objectives. ● Passed - The job does meet RPO and RTO objectives. |
